Image tools in your Mac file managerImage tools,
built in

Cut out a subject, copy the text from a screenshot, make @1x, @2x and @3x sets, or strip the location from a photo before you send it. It all runs on your Mac and nothing is uploaded.

How it works

Where the tools are

Select pictures and open the image menu in the selection bar at the bottom of the window, or type the tool's name in ⌘K. New files appear beside the originals.

Image sets that stay in step

Run Make Image Sets again after changing the original: last time's copies go to the Trash and new ones take their place. Pictures are only made smaller, and keep their colour profile.

Look closely

Past 200% pixels stay sharp, transparency shows on a checkerboard, and a picture's colours sit under it, ready to copy as hex.
